The Asko DBI565PXXLS is a current XXL built-in dishwasher. The 16-place, 3-basket capacity on this XXL unit covers daily loads without a second wash; when something does go wrong it is usually the spray arm bearing or the door latch, and the display on the DBI565PXXLS reports it through one of the eleven current display codes -- F10, F11, F12, F40, F41, F45, F52, F54, F56, F67, F68.
Dishwashers are Asko's flagship in the United States and the appliance whose problems are best documented, but the DBI565PXXLS could be speaking any of three incompatible code schemes. Older machines blink a pattern on the indicator lights — F1 through F9, plus FA and FB. Current touchscreen units print the code outright: F10, F11, F12, F40, F41, F45, F52, F54, F56, F67 and F68. The Outdoor-series service documentation uses a third, colon-separated form whose meanings actively contradict the current generation, so an F:10 and an F10 are not the same problem.
