The Asko W3W is a current front-load washing machine. At 1400 rpm and a 19.8 lb load, the Steel Seal door and drum on this model outlast the electronics around them -- the door boot gasket and the drain pump are the parts that actually wear out. Problems surface through the F10/F11/F12 family (overfilling, drainage, and inlet problems) shared with Asko's current dishwashers on the W3W.
A code on the W3W means nothing until you know which of five Asko washer families produced it. Display machines in the W6000 range read F10, F11 and F12 for overfill, drainage and inlet problems — identical to the current dishwasher numbering, a genuine shared platform. The PMCU generation, such as the W4114C, runs a separate E-series from E0 to E37. Numbered-LED panels use F1, F3, F4 and F6; analog panels blink L1 through L6 with model-dependent meanings; and top panels print a text label instead of any code.
