The Asko W3LW is a current front-load washing machine. With a 23.1 lb drum spinning at 1600 rpm, the Steel Seal door gasket is the part most likely to need replacing over the machine's life, ahead of the motor itself. The W3LW reports through the F10/F11/F12 family (overfilling, drainage, and inlet problems) shared with Asko's current dishwashers.
The W3LW reports problems from one of five code families, and which one depends on the control panel fitted. W6000-range display models use F10 for overfilling, F11 for a drainage failure and F12 for a water-inlet problem — the same numbering the current dishwashers use, which is real platform commonality rather than coincidence. Machines on the newer PMCU platform, like the W4114C, use a wholly different E-series set running E0 to E37. Older numbered-LED panels show F1, F3, F4 and F6; older analog panels blink L1 to L6 with meanings that vary by model; and premium panels skip codes and print a text label.
