Freezer model families
Asko freezing is offered as standalone cabinets under the FN prefix and as the freezer section of combined fridge-freezers. Frost-free operation and an interior temperature display are common features. Like the rest of Asko’s refrigeration, these units are not sold new in the US and reach kitchens as earlier or imported installs.
Reading the plate
The Model, Serial, and Art. No. sit inside the cabinet on a side wall or on the rear exterior. Quote the Art. No. so a supplier can match the correct defrost heater, fan motor, or door seal to your model rather than guessing from the badge.
Servicing your model
Write down the whole plate and, because no code is available, note the symptom too. Our experienced technicians repair standalone and combined Asko freezers with genuine OEM or trusted-supplier parts, handling any refrigerant under EPA Section 608 rules.
