Asko’s freestanding cookers belong to the Scandinavian “Spis” line, with examples such as the CC364111S1, CC364111W1, and CC364211W1 — glass-ceramic tops over a roughly seventy-litre oven. This line was never marketed for the US, so any unit found here is an imported one.
Reading the plate
The Model, Serial, and Art. No. are printed on a plate at the edge of the storage drawer or on the rear panel. Because this is an imported line, quoting the Art. No. is the surest way for a supplier to match an element or a thermostat to your exact cooker.
Servicing your model
Record the whole plate string and describe the symptom, since there is no code available to read. Our experienced technicians service imported Asko cookers with genuine OEM or trusted-supplier parts. When you are ready, arrange range repair, and if your appliance is a separate wall oven instead, use oven repair; that work is warranted for 30 days.
