Refrigerator model families
Asko refrigeration is built-in and integrated, running under the RF and RFN prefixes — the latter marking a no-frost combined fridge-freezer such as the RFN2826S and RFN31831I. Newer units carry DuraFresh preservation and Cool Flow airflow. These are not stocked new for the US and are serviced as earlier or imported installs.
Reading the plate
The Model, Serial, and Art. No. are usually on a side wall inside the fresh-food cabinet. Recording the Art. No. lets a supplier match the exact fan, damper, thermostat, or door gasket to your unit, which a model number on its own often cannot pin down.
Servicing your model
Note the whole plate and describe the symptom, since these refrigerators give no code to look up. Our experienced technicians service integrated Asko refrigeration with genuine OEM or trusted-supplier parts, and refrigerant work is handled under EPA Section 608 rules. Arrange refrigerator repair when ready, and see related freezer repair; the labor is warranted for 30 days.
