Microwave model families
Because Asko builds no standalone microwave, every model is a built-in combination oven: the OM adds microwave power alone, the OCM pairs it with convection, and the OCSM combines steam, microwave, and convection. These reach US kitchens as combi ovens through earlier distribution or specified imports, never as a boxed countertop appliance.
Reading the plate
The Model, Serial, and Art. No. are printed on the frame exposed once the door is open. Matching a magnetron, a door switch, or a control board depends on the Art. No., so record all three identifiers rather than the model number by itself.
Servicing your model
Take down the whole plate ahead of booking, and treat the appliance as an oven for access, since the microwave function sits within it. Our experienced technicians service Asko built-in combi microwaves with genuine OEM or trusted-supplier parts. If the ERROR marker appears, look over the microwave error codes page, then arrange microwave repair; our workmanship is warranted for 30 days.
